International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside Israel. When we use these services, your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries, including the United States.

Specifically:

  • Framer (website hosting) — servers located in the United States. Framer processes data under its own Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

  • Google Analytics — operated by Google LLC (United States). Google acts as a data processor and is bound by Google’s data processing terms, which include Standard Contractual Clauses as approved by the European Data Protection Board and recognized for adequacy purposes by ILITA.

  • Email service providers (if applicable) — subject to their respective data processing terms.

All third-party providers are contractually bound to process data only on our behalf and for the purposes specified.

Notification will include the nature of the breach, the type of data affected, and the steps we are taking to address it.

Minors

Our website and services are not directed at persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data through our site, please contact us at hanita@octaloom.com so we can delete it promptly.
