30–45 minutes. I learn about your business, your gaps, your goals. If it's a fit, we move to step 2. If it's not, I'll tell you and probably recommend someone better suited.

First 2–4 weeks. Deep research, competitive analysis, ICP, messaging, roadmap. Brand awareness strategy goes in from day one.
Execution begins
